Hello, and thank you for joining me today!

Often times when we are looking at health and wellness, we need to take a look at the supplements we're taking and the benefits they have for us.

In an effort to inform and be informed, I'll be doing a series on the benefits of vitamins and supplements.

To begin, we'll explore the health benefits of Vitamin B12. At the end of this post, I'll share with you how you can obtain a FREE sample of this product, with no obligation to you what so ever.

The more I read about this supplement the more impressed I am with it's benefits and attributes!

Vitamin B12 and its' benefits:

  • Vitamin B12 has health benefits for young and old alike
  • Has been shown to help asthma in children
  • Shown promise against HIV in adults
  • Helps young and old alike to sharpen their thinking and mind skills

Vitamin B12 may also help alleviate depression by working with a compound that helps to make serotonin and plays a role in melatonin production.

As you may know Melatonin is the hormone responsible for letting you get a good night's sleep. As we age, the body is less efficient at making this hormone.

Often times strict vegetarians will find themselves deficient in this very important supplement. There diets often do not include enough of this important nutrient, leaving them tired and sluggish.

Used in treating:
  • Sleep disorders
  • Memory loss
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Tendinitis
  • Immunosupression
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Asthma
  • Allergies
  • May also prevent nerve damage and maintain fertility
  • Integral part in the formation and regeneration of red blood cells
  • And so much more
Vitamin B12 also works together, with other vitamins (the main one is folic acid) to lower homocysteine levels. People with high homocysteine are more at risk of heart disease, and if levels are to high for long periods of time, this could eventually lead to heart attacks.

Other functions and benefits are the vitamins role as an oxygen carrier, metabolizing fat, alleviating neurological disorders, and boosting ones immune system.

What's the bottom line? Everyone can benefit from the attributes of Vitamin B12. It is an amazing supplement that can do so many excellent things for your body.
